Carebit was affected by a major Cloudflare system outage from 11:26 UTC to 12:52 UTC, which caused intermittent errors and downtime across our platform.

Cloudflare is a global network service that protects and routes traffic for millions of websites, and it experienced a widespread failure. This wasn’t specific to Carebit; it affected huge parts of the internet, including major platforms like X (Twitter) and ChatGPT. We were also made aware of widespread issues in some private hospital companies in the UK with their internal systems and websites suffering outages.
